MAKHATELI BALLET OVERVIEW

Makhateli Ballet offers developmentally appropriate recreational, artistic, training and professional ballet programs to dancers of all ages and ability levels. From our basic Program to our Recreational Dance Classes to our intensive Ballet Training Program which prepares dancers for a professional career in dance and also trains professional dancers to improve their technique and artistry, Makhateli Ballet offers outstanding dance instruction to all dancers.

MAKHATELI BALLET GOALS

Makhateli Ballet is dedicated to the following goals: 1. To provide a positive ballet education for ALL students; 2. To identify and encourage young talent; 3. To provide high quality ballet education to gifted young dancers to pursue professional dance careers; and 4. To promote and maintain a world-class standard for ballet education in the United States and specifically in Denver, Colorado. We have programs ideally suited for dancers of all ages, from our basic class to our apprentice and Pre-Professional programs.

MAKHATELI BALLET TRAINING PROGRAM

The purpose of the Makhateli Ballet Training Program is to train dancers for successful professional careers in ballet. Consecutive and intensive instruction in the technique of classical ballet is fundamental to the development of any dancer. Our Training Program is selective in admitting new students and renewing their enrollment from year to year. Admission is by audition only. Under the artistic direction and choreography of the internationally renowned Nikoloz Makhateli and the expertise of his highly accomplished faculty, dancers receive the best possible world-class instruction through the esteemed Vaganova method.
